The following day they returned, recommending a listing price somewhat higher than I expected, discussed their reasoning for the recommendation, and told me what we (the two of them, my family members, and me) needed to do, from a staging standpoint, in order to maximize the interest of prospective purchasers. Less than five (5) days later we had our first (1st) showing, and the following day we went to contract with that party at ninety-nine percent (99.0%) of the listing price, and a late June closing date.
