His background in finance and global business development — including time spent building institutional partnerships internationally in Tel Aviv — gives him a fluency in how sophisticated, globally minded clients think about real estate as both a lifestyle decision and a long-term investment. Originally from Long Island, New York, with family roots that now extend to Palm Beach, Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and is licensed in both New York and Florida.
